web survey

Lau

I am having trouble with a web survey I created. I set the
whole form up and published it. I set up the form
properties as well. When I click "submit on the published
form i get an error, and nothing is sent to the email
address I set to be notified.

Any trouble shooting ideas?

1) What is the error you get?
2) Did you have your host configure the forms to email transport for your
account on the host server?

The host must have FrontPage Server Extensions installed on the remote/host
server.

You must http:// publish to the host server, not FTP.

You must contact the host and ask them to configure the forms to email
feature in the FP server extensions.

Are there any good directions on how to configure the forms to email feature
in the FP server extensions?

It's not something you do, it's something you ask your host to do. They
should have all the information.
