WebBrowser and ScrollBars

I have a small webbrowser on a form that I want to display an animated gif
on. It works fine except no matter how small/large I create/size the
webbrowser control, it always display a vertical scrollbar. I've been thru
all of the docs for the webbrowser control and cannot find an option to not
display scrollbars on the webbrowser control.

Is there a way to prevent scrollbars from being displayed on a webbrowser
control?
