Webmaster Forums?

I dabble with building webpages on the side and wanted to take my hobby to
another level and seek out paying customers.

Does anyone know of a MicroSoft FrontPage forum that webmasters use to share
ideas? i.e what they charge to build webpages, suggested hosts etc. I need
to start somewhere.

I would rocommend using a free forum to start with. There are some good ones
out there like www.proboards.com that are pretty easy to set up.
