Webpage opens as blank

When saving a webpage in IE 6 and trying to open within
excel, it opens a a blank worksheet. Any ideas?

Have you tried just open the web page directly in Excel by typing in the URL
as the filename?

http://localhost/Excel/FAQ/DisplayFAQ.ascx?ExcelFAQID=159
