Webpart to view and filter a SharePoint List in project workspaces

We want to create a SharePoint List (Project Web Access > Create > Custom
List) and view (and filter) that list in various project workspace sites?

Is there a webpart available for this?

I have used RSS feeds to feed shared lists to work spaces. There are a
number of RSS Feed web parts out there for free.

Hope this helps

Hmmm .. RSS feed webpart could do the trick if it maintains the datasheet
formatting - does it? Also, we need to filter the SharePoint list data to a
smaller set in the project workspace - will the RSS feed webpart allow for
that?

Can you point me to a specific RSS feed webpart which will assist in the
above to get me started here ...?

Thanks!

Jonathan,

Thanks for sharing the link. This is on the way of what I am looking for.
I do not see a way to filter the list based on a value in the Project
workspace but still in the right direction.

Do you know of any custom webpart avail for purchase to solve this request?

See the following link. This web part does not feed a SharePoint list, but
filters it nonetheless.

Gary,

Which link do you mention?

Gary,
Thanks for the link. Can this webpart provide filtering on any webpart or
only for "Project workspaces" WP?

What I am looking for is a way to view and filter a SharePoint list in
Project workspace site(s) and filter SharePoint list rows on Project name.

It was designed to add filters as virtual views to the Project Workspace web
part. We have a similar one for the My Tasks page. They're an alternative to
what you want to do.
