Website BG Problem

I published my website using FP2000 couple years ago and have never viewed it on another computer until today at the library. I was disappointed with the back ground theme when viewed from their computer. I'm using a black BG with a soldier/flag except for the Civil War pages, where only a black BG is used.. The Civil War pages show many 0010010010101010 etc. Why are these 0's and 1's showing and how do I eliminate them for a solid black BG?

I viewed your civil war pages from Internet Explorer 6.0
and all is well. No zeroes nor ones appear. Do you recall
the browser type and version of the one at the library?
It could be that it is a very old browser that doesn't
support some of the code on your civil war page (perhaps
your animated .gifs ?).

When designing your site, it's always a good idea to
preview on a variety of browsers, so that your site can
be expected to perform and look the same on different
browsers. Unfortunately, not every visitor to your site
has the latest browser nor do they uniformly upgrade.
hence, your responsibility to check it out beforehand and
then making what edits are necessary to your site for its
broadest appeal.

Because you chosen to apply a theme that this background is part of. Reapply
your theme to your site, un-checking use background. You may have to view
each page and correct how you have the theme applied.
