I want to take out a image on my work's homepage. When I take it out the
images to the right go to the left of the page. I want the words underneath
to come up in place of the image I want out, and the other images to stay to
the right.
Does this make sense?

How would the transparent gif help with what he's asking, Corey? I'm not

It would remove the other image's pixels from the page, yet still provide
the "shim" effect.

How would replacing the image with a shim achieve that?
