Shared borders are design time components that are hard coded into your pages when you save the page - and pages using them should
never be copied or edited outside of FP
By "copying" your pages from your server you now have the hard coded content, plus the shared border design time tags (in the head
section) reapplying the shared borders
The correct way to "download" a site from your server is to Publish from the server to your hard disc
