Week Numbering and Non-working Time

Hello again and thanks for your fantastic help in advance.

FIRST QUESTION
I have a Programme which requires three levels of Timescale, one being weeks
labelled W1, W2 etc (from start). This is fine until Christmas. I was
wondering if it was possible to maintain the W1, W2 etc. (starting from a
random date) previously mentioned, then continuing to renumber the weeks
again after christmas (non-working time) that is, having the christmas break
not numbered.

SECOND QUESTION
Christmas holidays - is there anyway they can be displayed if you are only
displaying one level of Timescale eg. monthly?
