Week numbers and corresponding dates in a gant chart

I am trying to set up an excel sheet with the following:
on top the Month (e.g. June, July, August etc.) under
that the actual week number (we Austrians love to work
with week numbers "Kalenderwochen") and under that the
actual starting date and ending date of each calender
week (e.g. Mon. 21.6 - Sun. 27.6). Is there any way to
have excel do this automaticlly?

In B1:B8

=a2+7
=a3+7
.......

...

Copy B1:B8 to the right with your mouse till column BA
