Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Usage

This is way over my head! Please Help!!
I need a formula to give me my Average weekly, monthly, yearly usage. On Sheet1 I have the date(Column A), Part Number(Column B), Qty.(Column D). On Sheet 2 I have Weekly(Column J), Monthly(Column K), Yearly(Column L). I needon Sheet1 to COUNT the matching Part Numbers (Column B) AND SUM the QTY (Column D).Then Average the Dates from Sheet2 onto Sheet1 (Columns, J, K, L).Is there a way to send a copy of my spreadsheet. It makes much more since when you can see it. Thanks in advance!!
