Weird Chinese ? Characters In Outlook Emails

It's only these few days that I have this issue.
Seems like emails are sent to me via plain text form even though usually it
is in HTML. There are weird characters which look like Chinese words.
Any Solution?

- What is your Outlook version?
- What is the encoding of the incoming messages?

Look in the message headers (View -> Options) and find a line like
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=...
