I have a form and the contents depend on whichever client the user
chooses. There are two subforms, one to view the treatment history, and
one to add today's treatment. The latter is has the 'data entry'
switched to yes. Every time I try and sort the history subform by date
(either in design view or normal use), Access automatically turns data
entry off on today's treatment so then I have two identical subforms.
The form seems to work fine when the treatment history subform is
unsorted.
Let me know if the above is unclear and i will try and explain better.
