Weird reports?

M

Mike Green

Hi all
I have never come across this problem before, so I am hoping that someone
out there has.

I have a database which has linked tables from two other databases. When I
create reports the reports which contain data from one set of linked tables,
they display and print correctly with all the colour formatting correct.
When I run a report which contains the data from the other set of linked
tables the report looses its entire colour formatting and will only print in
Black and White. The print preview for all reports appears correctly in
colour, but the actual printing is the problem. They still only print in
B&W. I know its weird and I have tried everything that I can think of and
it is still the same, any ideas anybody?

Regards

Mike

Just a guess, but since the printer information is safed with the report, it
is entirely possible that the driver information for the printer is
different. Before printing the report in question, try opening the report in
Design View and select your printer, then save it and see if it doesn't
print correctly.
