Well, I solved that problem

"Cannot find a webserver at http://mydomain.com on Port 80."

I maintain six websites on two different hosting accounts -- two with
GoDaddy and four with XXXXX.

The sites on GoDaddy published without a problem but, suddenly, the
four other sites refused to publish.

I uninstalled and reinstalled FP extensions. No change.

I contacted tech support at XXXXX and they did the same. No change.

I asked tech support to run a server health check. They did that,
and, they "recalculated" the FP extensions. No change.

So -- I found another host, set up four hosting accounts, changed the
DNS, and am publishing without a problem to the new hosts.

You've just confirmed what many GoDaddy users are finding out
- GoDaddy apparently has no idea how to set up and manage the FP SE correctly on their servers
