First, if some of my translation is wrong, this is due to the fact that im a
Dane (from Denmark)

In my outlook express, i've set up a rule;
"were the line To or CC contains persons" "do not get it from server"
Since my family and I, are sharing an e-mail account, with different aliases.

Now i've installet Outlook 2007
And I cant semm to finde the excately same here, in the rules dialog box.
It seems that i only have the possibility to add rules, when the the message
is already downloaded from the server.

- How can I tell outlook, not to download emails from the pop3 server, when
i is not sent to this "defined" email address either in To or CC??

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

For help with your OE questions, try an OE newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general (for OE 6), or
an OE help website such as http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com. If you're
accessing the Microsoft newsgroups through the MS Product Support
Services "Community Newsgroups" web interface, click
http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...px?dg=microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
Good luck!

If you read further than you copied, then you'd found out that the OP only
mentioned OE as a reference and is in fact using Outlook 2007.

In Outlook there is indeed no option "do not get it from server".
However, you can still achieve the same by telling it to delete the message.

OE in a way does the same; it downloads the message in order to check its
properties (this cannot be done without downloading) and then simply
discards it or delivers it.

Make sure that in the account settings, for everybody in your family, they
have set the option to leave a copy on the server so that everybody can
download their own emails. In addition you could set the account for the
person who uses Outlook the least to delete the message after x days to keep
your on-line mailbox from filling up.
