Some context would be useful.
Assuming you're trying to do this using VBA in Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional, how did you open the files in the first
place?
If you're not trying to do this using Access, you'd be better off finding a
more appropriate newsgroup in which to ask this question. (And if you do
repost, please don't use all capitals. It's the visual equivalent of
shouting, and is considered rude)
