Yes, they actually do. There are different courses for core competencies in
various programs available in most communities. What never ceases to amaze
me is that some people can find these newsgroups but can't figure out who to
Google for the information.

(The last thing I need is a frig that can access the Internet. I don't want
to think about how a virus would affect the food supplies I end up with. I'd
