What are the differences between OneNote, Groove, and some of Proj

Yesterday, I discovered on the MS website, a product called Groove, which on
the surface, I thought, sounds like it is supposed to do the same thing as a
product mentioned by Ken on one of these threads, (Foldershare.com), but
only better and more.

I also started to evaluate the OneNote package and it seems like it is doing
some of the similar type things. Shareing resources amongst a group for
collaboration and group productivity.

How do these prodcuts related to each other than and why have them all, if
they duplicate eachother?
(OneNote, Groove, FolderShare, and even slightly, MS Project)
