what are these??

when I cut and paste soem trxt from robohlep into a word doc, I got all these
little flying o's sprinkled hapharardly throughout - they look like
superscripted "o" or perhaps degree symbols - as in temperature. What on
eart are they??

Thanks Jay...I knew they were non-printing formatting codes, so i wasn't
worried about that, but I was wondering what the heck they meant!! Now I
know...why doesn't Wword have a little glossary with all the formatting codes
so we know what we are looking at? Le sigh. I want my wordperfect!!!
