What can anyone tell me about using Project Web?

A requirement has been identified to develop an enterprise calendar that
shows all active and pending projects. It is my thought that Microsoft
Project is an option that should be explored as well.

We need to understand what features can be implemented, what would need to
purchased, what kind of licenses would need to make this work, etc.

Any information that can be provided would be a great help.

I think you should definitely consider Microsoft Project Server 2003 for
