What can I do Office is not letting me activate?

Good evening all. During the week, I had to reformate my PC Because it was
running slow. Everything Went Ok. Reinstalled SP2 and everything else. And
come to Installing Office Xp. That also went fine, But my main Issue is when
I go to Activate Office XP, It comes up with a Pop-up saying that they CD key
is in use by another Computer. If you recieved this message in error, Contact
a Customer Support Member by clicking ok and following instructions. I click
on ok and nothing seems to happen.

Where and what means are there to Contact a customer support member.
