What can I do to retrieve database in access when getting AO inde.

The Basic Access User

I created a form in FrontPage 2003 where the data goes into Access. I went
into Access to add a column Confirm(Y/N). I am now getting an "AO Index in
not an index" in this table error. I cannot get into the database now either.
What can I do to open the file and retrieve the data? Thank you.
