What causes a Syntax error in FROM clause message in Outlook?

I'm working with a form that contains date entries from queries built to
project future expiration dates.

I've modified the original table control source selection for the date.
(added a selection to the table that was not selected when the form was
created.) After closing the form the msg stated above appeared, though I
could still get into the form view on the day the change was made, but cannot
get into the form view to modify or look at the property tables of the form.

In design view, the control source for the affected text has no other
selectable items on the pull-down menu.

I'd like to take proper actions to correct the error msg, but don't know how
to complete the task.
