what could a pull-down list be?

Argh...
I've been asked to help troubleshoot a spreadsheet which
has a pulldown list, the options from which seem to be
populated from a range of cells elsewhere on the sheet

My colleague has two versions of this workbook; one has a
valid and compelte list of options, the other has
each "listbox" appearing as blank, or with just one option.

I need help figuring out what the feature is that's even
being used here... The workbook was created by someone
else and I need to troubleshoot why it's behaving the way
that it is.

This is not a pivot chart. How can I tell whether it's a
list that's been added from the Forms toolbar? What else
might it be?

Hi Tammy!

Looks like you need to look at Data Validation.

Select one of the drop down cells then
Data > Validation

The first tab should give you details on the list used.
