What could cause colors printed not to match colors on screen?

OhGosh

I cannot get colors to print correctly with any of my office xp software.
My printer is Canon S520. For years everything worked fine. Perhaps an
computer upgrade or virus caused this problem? Microsoft had one article
in reference to colors printed not matching - Article ID:282897, but this was
not the problem. Any help? Please let me know if you need more info.

ps last time I posted this I didnt receive any constructive help but thanks
for the laughs!!!! yes my post and yours were hilarious

Does your printer have separate ink or toner cartridges for cyan (blue),
magenta (red), yellow, and black? If so, it sounds like you have the
cyan and magenta cartridges reversed.
