What do I do when the product key won't work?

I've tried the product key sereal times for Micro Soft 2003 Office programs
using the product code on the back of the case. I've re-booted and tried
again without success. I receive an error code staing thaat the product key
is nor correct. the Why won't the program accept the poduct key.

If you obtained it legitimately, I suggest you take/send it back to where
you got it and ask for a replacement.

If it's not legit, then the CD presumably doesn't match the case. There are
various working generic keys in circulation (a search of Google Groups will
reveal them), but even if you get it installed you will still not be able to
activate it.
