I would get your formulka working correctly on the worksheet. then Get
the VBA code working. If the formula doesn't worh\k the use the formula
audiing menu item to debug the formula
from worksheet menu
Tools - formula Auditing - Evaluate formula.
Not : Make sure your formula copies properly on the workhseet. You may
need dollar signs i the formula to get it to copy properly.
