What do I need to install?

When I try to run access it shuts down with the following
message. I need to install Microsoft Internet server IIS
4.0.
I tried going to Micosoft downloads, but there were so
many with IIS in it's title. I had no idea where to go.
Access had been running well until the machine crashed
several weeks ago. Any help will be appreciated. Please
speak in terms a novice will understand. A not so bright
novice.

Elaine,

Go to Control Panel and then select Add or Remove Programs. Then Add or
Remove Windows components. You can select the option to include Internet
Information Services (IIS).
