what do i need to receive blue prints by email

im waiting on a email of blue prints do i need any downloads in microsoft
office 2005 or outlook express to receive them ??

Microsoft Office 2005 does not exist. Blue prints are paper, at best you
could receive a scanned image of same as an attached file. Neither
Outlook or Outlook Express require anything special to receive files.

You need to find out what file format they are sending you.
