I have set up a number of rules and most of the icons are the paper and
folder icon under the Actions column. I recently set up two new rules to
redirect email to another account and they have a hammer and wrench icon with
three dots under it. I thought it meant that it was not going to work, but
the rule has been functioning well. The only problem is it seems that rule
is performed first, no matter where in the list I put it. Does anyone know
what the icon means?
