What does "551 not our customer" mean?

E-mail messages do not go through, and they come back with the reason"551 not
our customer." What does it mean? I have been using these e-mail addresses
for a long time with no problems. The e-mail address is also missing from
the drop down list on the address space in the Reply or New Message box.
Help!

It means you will have to wait until Bell South fixes their server problem.

For example, you could have read the thread started by Barbara started just
40 minutes before you posted.
