What does the term blocked mean when besides anothers name?
Are you using the database software Microsoft Access (the subject of
this newsgroup)? Or some other software? I'm guessing it's some other
program; if so, please scroll down the list of subject areas and find
a newsgroup for the program you're using.
If you are using Access, please explain the structure of your
database.
