What does it mean when [SPAM] is in the subject line?

It means that your SPAM filter is working. It is a warning
that the message that you just received has met one or more
of the SPAM filter rules that means, it is an advertisement
sort of email. Sometimes it is a phrase that has tripped it,
or the way the message was built, it can be that the sender
is a possible SPAMMER.
