what does OWC102003SP3.msp get applied to in Office 2003?

Hi,

I'm looking to slipstream SP3 into an Office 2003 admin install point.
When I extract SP3 I find 3 msp files, "MAINSP3.msp", "OWC11SP3.msp"
and "OWC102003SP3.msp".
Does anyone know what "OWC102003SP3.msp" gets applied to?
I'm using Office 2003 Pro.
