What does "see your administrator mean"

I saved a file on a 3 1/2 floopy disk, when i try to pull
up the file I get this error message: "you do not have
access to the folder 'A:\'. See your administrator for
access to this folder". What do I need to do to get
access to this folder?

Don't try to open a Word document from a floppy. Instead, copy it to your HD
and open it from there.
