What does the pop-up "Select a Flow to Execute" mean when trying .

I just installed Office 2003 Professional Edition. When I try to open
attachments such as a jpg attached to an email I get the following pop-up:
Select a Flow to Execute. I can't open the jpg; does anyone know what is
happening?
