what does this mean? 27 errors for Windows update 80072EFD

This morning I was attempting to perform an update on my computer and the
response I got was this 27 errors for Windows update 80072EFD? What does this
mean? My computer has Vista as the operating system. Would appreciate any
help in solving this problem.
