It means the sender has used scripting in the message and Outlook is
blocking it in the Reading Pane. You would have to open the message to see
the scripting properly, but if you don't know what it is, it may be a good
idea not to do this. Depending on your security settings, Outlook may block
the content even if you do open the message.
