What dose "Access" and AQL mean?

Is this Download Center of Microsoft? And why you give me it ?
Thank for your reply .I am a senior high school student from China, and I
don't know what you are talking about.
Why can't I send E-mail to you?

3Q and you'd better tell me it's Chinese meaning.

I'm sorry, I do not speak or read Chinese (I was born in Shanghai but left
when I was two years old).

Access is Microsoft's desktop database product.

AQL is not a term that I know; SQL is "Structured Query Language", the
language used in Access and many other database programs to write queries.

No, this is not the Download Center of Microsoft. This is a newsgroup for
general questions and answers about Microsoft Access database software, and
the language of this newsgroup is English. If there is someone here who can,
they often answer a question in some other language.

I would guess your demand for answers in Chinese was a likely reason that he
posted the URL (Universal Resource Locator) of a site that is in Chinese.

It is considered, at best, impolite to presume on someone answering
questions in a newsgroup by sending them private e-mail, unless they invite
you to do so. Microsoft's online interface at "discussions.microsoft.com",
by design, does not provide information allowing separate, individual
contact outside the newsgroup.

Good luck in obtaining the answers you need.

Thank all of you.
I know this is a group about "access", which is one part of Microsoft
Office, and you talk in English.
I am curious about newsgroup, and I'd like to get more foreign friends such
as Americans and English men. This is the reason why I join this group
though I don't use access.
I can't understand all of Microsoft's newsgroup, and I also don't know what
kind of group I can join.
Can you introduce me some groups? I am interested in computer but, there are
too many terms in each group I have subscribed.

I'm sorry for my poor English if there are some mistakes in grammar. But I
really like to talk with someone in English.

This is a technical newsgroup, in which we ask technical questions and
receive technical answers about Microsoft Office Access. I'm sorry that it
is just not for the purpose you wish it to be. And, I am sorry to have to
tell you, there is no such newsgroup in the heirarchy of Microsoft-sponsored
newsgroups -- which exist to support Microsoft's software products.

If you feel a compelling reason to use a newsgroup (instead of a chat room,
social networking site, blogs, or a wiki), you may find one in the USENET
newsgroup heirarchy. One place where you can look for and read (and respond,
if you wish) newsgroups (tens of thousands of them, by subject) is the
newsgroup archives at http://groups.google.com.
