What field in the contact area is the "Title" field in memo style?

Office Coordinator, PHX

When I print out my contact information in memo style, one per page, there is
a heading that prints out "Unknown." I know that this corresponds to the
"Title" field in memo style, because I can change the font size. Why does
this keep showing as "Unknown"? I would like to have the company name in
this position, but I cannot find any text field that actually puts something
in this space. HELP!!!
