What files do I need to copy for new computer???

I just purchased a new computer and was wondering what Outlook files I need
to copy and transfer to the new machine. I would like to capture all e-mail
messages, contacts, and calendar events. Also, how do I keep these in their
corresponding folders? Thanks!

If you re-use your .PST file, you'll keep all the data (messages,
appointments, contacts, etc.) just as it was before. Look here for all
the information you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:
