What files do I need to share to synchronize Outlook between two .

I am running a desktop and a notebook on a wireless network and need to
synchronize the Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager files on both
machines to coordinate changes made on either one, as I make changes to data
on either machine to the same profile.
