It doesn't upload but is generated on the destination by the FP SE when you publish
- the FP meta data is saved in the vti_private folder w/ nav view info in the structure file

| I did update the pages attacted to the dwt. The dwt has the navigation. The
| nav changes did not apear after uploading the pages (dwt and htm) I thought
| that FP stored the navigation in one of the fp folders?
