What function tests for whole number (no decimals)?

How do you evaluate a cell that has two decimals places so that whole numbers
(no decimal places) is "True" and anything with values other that zeros to
the right of the dot evalute to "False"?

Try:

=INT(A1)=A1
or
=MOD(A1,1)=0

Does that help?
