What happened to the Help "Index" ??????

You just can't seem to leave a good thing alone.
You have made office (and other products) so complex and confusing, I cringe
when I install an upgrade.
"Help" was bad enough before - now it's nearly un-useable.
What ever happened to "user-friendly"?

Yes, it's a sad state of affairs!

MS wants to make help more dynamic by being able to add content as
needed through dynamic content exchange. But now it's nearly
impossible to find anything...so help has become pretty much useless
in 2003!

Frequently the problem is the users firewall settings. If that doesn't
solve the problem, please start your own message thread, with
information about your problem.
