What happened to the Office Shortcut Bar?

I loved the convenience of having the Office Shortcut Bar in my Office XP
System. I just installed the Office 2007 (had skipped Office 2003) and the
Bar is gone.

The Shortcut Bar was the most powerful tool I used to use to launch my
applications quickly. I am sorely missing it already after two days of use
of Office 2007.

How can have it back?

It was dropped after Office XP. You can do a custom installation of Office XP and only select the toolbar.
