Hello ...

Recently Access refuse to run saying that my license number is
absent ... While Word, Access still works ...

What is the problem ?

I'm guessing that you're using Access 97. If so, try this link.

In that case, I would try a repair install of Office. Go to Add/Remove
Programs in Control Panel, choose Microsoft Office, click the Change button,
then choose Reinstall/Repair in the wizard that pops up.
