What happens when host doesn't support?

one change the host.
two change you form to the host surpport.
three negotiate with host,but I think it's impossible

If u r using front page u'll need Share Point Services !

In most cases - definitely NOT. SharePoint normally requires MS SQL
database server.
asp.NET may be better than asp, but SharePoint generally is for a
particular type of web site where files are shared and edited by users,
not for a general site that happens to require a database.
