What have I done wrong?

When I drag a button to my form, it does not start the wizard.
What have I done wrong?

Dear Russ:

Check to make sure that that "Wizard button" is selected, i.e. click on the
icon in the toolbox with the magic wand and stars, so that the icon is
enclosed in a shaded box.
